RJM Acquisitions
The RJM Acquisitions are a debt collecting agency which has the duty and responsibility to collect the debt and pay it to the specified bank duly. In the year 2005, there was a suit filed against Credit Repair Lawyers which was filed by Farren, who is a customer of a specified bank. Farren had a dispute of debt with the debt collector and did not pay his debt properly thereafter. So the debt collecting agency waited patiently for seven months before issuing a notice to Farren. Farren contested this notice by filing a law suit against the debt collecting agency stating that the debt collecting agency has deceived him by stating that they are the people from the bank, so he could not trust them and pay the debt to them. He also argued that the RJM Acquisitions did not specify that they were an individual debt collecting agency which was independent on any bank or the specified bank.RJM Acquisitions while offering their side of justification duly showed the notice that they had issued to Farren, in which they clearly state that they were an individual debt collecting agency who are independent of any bank or the specified bank. So the case was duly dismissed.
